This role will also include assisting the team with daily duties such as ticket processing, stock evaluation, vending machine stocking, equipment pick up and storage and other ITAM duties. This is a 100% on-site position that requires teamwork, the ability to work independently, clear Communication both verbally and written. Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
