Job Description:
ACH & Wire Administrator Glens Falls, NY Fusco Personnel is
actively recruiting for an ACH & Wire Administrator for our client
in Glens Falls, NY. As an ACH & Wire Administrator, you’ll be
responsible for processing, validating, and reconciling electronic
transactions; investigating and addressing customer discrepancies;
and providing support for ACH, wire transfer, and digital banking
services. You’ll work closely with internal teams, financial
institutions, and regulators to resolve issues and stay compliant
with industry guidelines — all while delivering a high level of
service to both internal and external customers. This is a
full-time, direct hire opportunity to work with a great team
located in Glens Falls, NY. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Process ACH transactions and wire transfers accurately and on time
Monitor transactions for fraud or suspicious activity Provide
outstanding service and support to internal and external
stakeholders Update and resolve transactions to align with
department goals and policy Support branch operations and assist
with special tasks as needed Qualifications and Experience:
Associate’s degree or 2 years of banking experience preferred Basic
knowledge of NACHA rules preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong problem-solving, organizational, and
communication skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities and
meet competing deadlines Ability to sit for extended periods and
use phone and computer frequently Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
