GSNENY is seeking a Membership Operations Specialist to ensure smooth, accurate membership processes and provide exceptional customer service throughout the membership journey. The hourly rate range for this position is $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience. What You’ll Do Coordinate and confirm community membership events; support field recruitment and post-event follow-up. Enter, track, and follow up on leads in Salesforce to guide families into Girl Scouts. Maintain accurate membership records and assist with routine membership reporting. Support onboarding for new members and volunteers, including communications and required documentation. Respond to membership inquiries with prompt, helpful customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent member experience. What You Bring Strong customer service mindset with clear written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information management. Ability to manage multiple priorities during high-volume periods. Problem-solving skills to investigate issues and recommend solutions. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain discretion with sensitive information. Required Experience & Skills Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/database. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, including formulas and pivot tables. Experience in administrative operations, customer service, or support roles. Experience supporting onboarding workflows or service processes. Commitment to data integrity and accuracy. Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events during peak membership seasons. Don’t meet every requirement?
