troubleshooting and maintenance Hanging, prepping, and sanding
drywall Electrical repairs Upkeep and repair of appliances Plumbing
work Painting common areas and apartments Maintaining cleanliness,
order, and safety on the property’s grounds Participating in a
rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday
coverage for emergencies Education and Experience: 3 years of
experience in site maintenance required Industry related
