Located in Fairfield, NJ Pay: $40-$55 an hour Shift: 1st shift Job Description We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee mixed-use residential projects in Northern NJ, ranging from 23 to 216 units. This role involves managing crews, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to code. Responsibilities Manage and lead crews of 5-8 electricians on site. Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with building codes. Utilize Procore and other construction management software for project management. Essential Skills 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman in mixed-use residential, ground-up projects. Strong knowledge of underground, rough-in, and finish electrical work. Proficiency in Procore and tech-savvy with construction management software. Safety-focused mindset with knowledge of OSHA 10 & 30 standards. Ability to read blueprints and perform layout tasks. Scheduling and manpower planning skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required. Experience with installation, mechanical, conduit, and wiring.
