Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time opportunity as a School Psychologist is available at a
high school location in Cranston, RI, offering a leave contract
assignment. The role begins ASAP and extends through April, with
the potential to continue through the end of the school year.
Part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive psychological services to
a high school student caseload, including assessments and
evaluations. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and support
personnel to develop and implement individual educational plans
(IEPs). - Support students social, emotional, and academic
development through consultation and intervention strategies. -
Conduct behavioral observations and participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings. - Maintain accurate records and
comply with state and federal regulations. Qualifications and
Experience: - Must hold a valid Rhode Island School Psychologist
License. - Experience working in high school settings preferred. -
Strong skills in psychological assessment and intervention. -
Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - Ability to
work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
Location: - High school setting in Cranston, Rhode Island. This
leave contract provides an important service to students requiring
psychological support and intervention. Flexibility for part-time
