Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
onsite School Psychologist position is available in Albany, OR,
offering an immediate start this spring or current semester to
complete the school year through June 12. This role is ideal for
experienced professionals and new graduates eager to provide direct
psychological services and support within local schools. The
position involves 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible schedule
during school hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Duties are primarily
conducted at the district central office and include conducting
evaluations and testing without managing a caseload. The
psychologist will also support schools through consultation,
handling referrals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
to address student needs. Key responsibilities include:
Administering psychological evaluations and testing according to
district guidelines Writing comprehensive reports for initial
assessments and reevaluations Participating in the Individualized
Education Program (IEP) process and referral procedures Providing
consultation and support to school staff regarding student
interventions and behavioral strategies Collaborating with
families, educators, and community resources to promote student
success Qualifications and desired experience: Masters degree or
higher in School Psychology Active or in-process Oregon state
license as a School Psychologist Proficiency in psychological
testing, report writing, IEP procedures, evaluations, and
re-evaluations Strong communication and organizational skills Zoom
interviews are being scheduled immediately to facilitate quick
placement. Flexible start dates are available in January or
February, allowing a smooth transition for the current school year.
