Genesis10 is currently seeking a Platform Engineer for our client in their Stamford, CT location. This is a 6 month + contract position.

Summary:
Our client, a leading hedge fund, is seeking a Platform Engineer for their Connecticut location.

Responsibilities: Frontend web dev design/development in NextJS and modern UI frameworks like Shadcn, Tailwind
Knowledge of RSC, SSR, Client side bundle optimizations
A good eye for UI and user-driven development.
Able to relate UX from other related applications as solutions.
Good knowledge of Typescript, Javascript, React and Web best practices


Requirements: Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or other related AI infra and deployment
Experience with on-prem OPs for web-related technologies.
Deploying NodeJS, Express, (Turbo/Web)Pack
Experience with on-prem telemetry and tracking, preferably OpenTelemetry. Specifically avoid Sentry due to maintenance headaches.
The right candidate should have experience in making intuitive UI
Candidates should be able to do due diligence on user requirements before committing to a design/implementation
