Job Description:
As an Injection Molding Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a
key role in supporting the production of precision-molded
components for life science applications, including medical devices
and pharmaceuticals. This position focuses on the development,
optimization, and troubleshooting of injection molding and liquid
silicone rubber processes within a cleanroom and regulated
manufacturing environment. Client Details My client is a rapidly

reliably. Description Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and optimize
injection molding and processes to ensure production efficiency,
quality, and repeatability. Develop and document manufacturing
processes to support new product introductions and existing
production lines. Interpret technical drawings, customer
specifications, and quality standards. Contribute to root cause
analysis and corrective action implementation related to process
deviations or product non-conformance. Work collaboratively with
quality, tooling, and production teams to ensure compliance with
internal standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain process
documentation, reports, and validation protocols as needed. Support
process validation activities in alignment with ISO 9001 and/or ISO
13485 standards. Profile Ideal Candidate: 1-3 years of experience
in injection molding and silicone rubber manufacturing. Familiarity
with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality systems. Experience working
in a cleanroom environment is highly desirable. Strong
problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Effective
written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to read
and interpret technical documentation, including mechanical
