Job Description:
My client is actively seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to
join their team. As a Process Engineer , you will be responsible
for developing, optimizing, and sustaining plastic molding
processes that ensure the production of high-quality parts in a
safe and efficient manner. This role requires hands-on problem
solving, process documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the
following: Design, enhance, and develop manufacturing processes for
efficiency and productivity. Evaluate existing manufacturing
procedures and suggest improvements. Work closely with the
Engineering & Manufacturing team to implement new strategies.
Ability to operate process related equipment independently. Resolve
technical issues in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety
regulations and guidelines. Provide technical support and training
to the manufacturing team. Prepare and deliver technical
presentations on process improvements and project status. MPI does

have: A Bachelor's Degree in plastics engineering, mechanical
engineering, or chemical engineering 3 years of experience in
plastics engineering Injection molding is a requirement Solid
understanding of manufacturing and injection molding processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in technical
software and a strong understanding of safety regulations. Job
Offer A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
