We are seeking Electrical Engineers with experience in analog, digital, mixed signal, configurable logic or power design. What You Will Do Technical design in the areas of Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, or Power. Work to program plans and schedules, identify technical problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the delivery of products that meet performance requirements. Close management of design completion while simultaneously balancing resulting performance with the ability to meet the customer’s critical schedule requirements. Support regular reviews of program status including tracking and review by both Engineering and Program Leadership. Some travel to integration sites, plus customer and subcontractor facilities, may be required. Mentorship of junior engineers. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree or a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the following: Technical design experience in the areas of Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, or Power Design. Experience participating in design and development activities. Experience mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications We Prefer Experience working Naval Programs in the subject areas of acoustics, torpedoes, mine warfare, submarines, and/or Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUVs). Relevant professional experience participating on cross-functional teams. Advanced degree in Engineering discipline. Active Top Secret security clearance. Proven ability to lead technical discussions to closure. Experience participating in production and test activities. PMX Level 7 Certified or better. IPDS knowledge and experience. Experience supporting proposal generation, both cost and technical. Raytheon Technologies process improvement i.e. CORE/ Six Sigma Certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written. Collaborate in teams or independently, flexible, demonstrates initiative. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
