A company is looking for a Vice President of Growth
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth marketing
strategy focused on user acquisition and premium subscription
growth
Lead and manage marketing and support teams to optimize user
engagement and conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
and alignment with product initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in
leadership roles within B2C and B2B2C software companies
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue growth
for freemium products
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and experience
with conversion rate optimization
Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven
decision-making
