We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Store Manager to lead our distinguished new galleria to elevated heights of success.The Jewelry Store Manager will serve as the cornerstone of our retail operation, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience while driving sales, optimizing inventory, and maintaining superior store standards. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• At least 5 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in luxury retail, with an innate understanding of clientele expectations and refined customer engagement strategies.
• A background in jewelry retail is highly desirable, as are GIA, JA, or DCA certifications.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a refined, welcoming environment that embodies the essence of luxury, ensuring every guest receives extraordinary service.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and profitability benchmarks.

  • Oversee all aspects of store security, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

  • Develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching employees toward professional growth and excellence.
