Job Title - RN-Labor and DeliveryLocation-Winchester, Massachusetts, 01890Job Type- 13 weeks contractShift- Nights (7p-7a)Pay Package- $3060/WeekJob Description-RN LABOR & DELIVERY -Nights (7p-7a), weekend and holiday rotation.MA RN License, BLS requiredL&D experience requiredEPIC experience preferredActive MA license required at time of submissions.*Responsibilities** Monitor and assess the health status of mothers and newborns throughout labor and delivery.* Administer medications and perform interventions as prescribed by physicians.* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding the labor process, pain management options, and postpartum care.* Assist in the delivery of infants, ensuring adherence to established standards of care.* Conduct assessments including vital signs, fetal heart rate monitoring, and other necessary evaluations.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.* Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards.* Stay current with best practices in labor and delivery nursing through ongoing education.Job Types: Travel nursing, ContractPay: $3,050.00 - $3,060.00 per weekMedical Specialty:* Labor & Delivery* Ob/Gyn* SurgeryWork Location: In personby Jobble
