Job Description:
Virtual BCBA position offering flexible work-from-home schedule,
focusing on delivering personalized behavioral treatment plans.
Requires BCBA certification, with at least two years of experience
working with individuals with intellectual/developmental
disabilities.
Responsibilities include assessing, designing, training, and
monitoring behavior intervention plans; conducting behavioral
assessments and functional analyses; providing direct treatment and
staff training; and participating in interdisciplinary teams and
committees.
Qualifications include strong communication and reasoning skills,
ability to handle physical demands, and proficiency in data
entry.
Must hold a master's or doctoral degree in related fields, be
licensed in Missouri, and complete ongoing training in behavior
supports.
Salary is approximately $50/hour, with a focus on improving
clients-------- quality of life through evidence-based
practices.
