Job Description:

Join our team as Assistant Director of Nursing, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Full-time, day shifts with responsibilities including assisting the DON in managing nursing operations, setting priorities, and overseeing staff performance.

Care champion for a 5-chair dialysis den, ensuring quality resident care and coordination with the medical team.

Conduct rounds to monitor care, facility appearance, staff morale, and resident needs; develop positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Handle administrative functions related to Nursing Services, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications include RN license, 3+ years of clinical experience, supervisory skills, and preferably experience in rehabilitative nursing; COVID-19 vaccination required.
