As part of the off shift clinical resource team, the primary responsibility of this role is providing in the moment clinical care and/or coaching to direct care providers. Other responsibilities, to be completed as time allows, include ensuring regulatory readiness, supporting and educating around practice changes, gathering performance/quality data and utilizing evidence based data and clinical inquiry to guide staff.The Resource RN (Rapid Response) must possess strong problem solving skills, organizational skills, make effective use of team resources and have ability to engage with staff, patients, families and clinical leadership.Education/Experience: 2 years minimum ICU and/or Emergency Room ExperienceCertifications/License: Mass RN licenseBLS and ACLSJob Description:As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
