descriptionCALLING ALL Licensed Practical Nurses - Our Lady of
Mercy is actively recruiting for Part-time (every other weekend
days and overnights) Weekend Track LPNs for our 160-bed skilled
nursing facility in Guilderland, NY!Weekend Track schedules begin
Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and end at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday. Shift 7p-7a
(overnights), 7a-7p (days) - program offered every other weekend at
a premium rate! Weekend Track colleagues are eligible for part-time
benefits!!!

program lets nurses work strictly during the week for
classes/studying!

you to receive full-time or part-time benefits for working just two
days out of the week for 12 hours or 24 hours!

choice to work your 12-hour shifts Friday & Saturday as opposed to

- Administers nursing care to residents under the direction of a
Registered Professional Nurse.
- Assists with treatments and procedures and carries out selected
duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of
careResponsibilities
- In collaboration with the RN collects data about residents and
determines priorities is resident care based upon identified needs
and goals.
- Contributes to the plan of care through collaboration and
effective communication with the RN and other members of the
healthcare team.
- Under the direction of the RN and within the scope of practice,
complies with established nursing policies, procedures and
standards to provide safe, quality care to residents.
- Administers medications and monitors IV therapy as ordered and
according to established policies and standards.

familiesRequiredWhat you will need:
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) in the State of New YorkPreferred
- 1 year of experience or more as a LPN, but willing to help
train the right candidate to further their skills
- 1 year of experience or more working in a skilled nursing
facility, willing to train the right candidate to advance their
clinical skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while
completing day to day duties and responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work
environment
- Ability to engage in a team setting
- Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing fieldJob
Type: Part-timePay: $33.25 - $35.75 per hourPay is based on
experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair
Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary
equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary
