PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a
travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description &
Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start
Date: 08/11/2025 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12
hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment for 26-32 weeks -
12H Nights, AT LEAST ONE SHIFT EVERY WEEKEND MS Tele RN for
M5/McClure 5: Neurosurgical & surgical unit, minimum of every other
weekend. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: • Prior
travel required • Must have large, teaching facility experience • A
minimum of 2 years of unit experience is required • AHA BLS, AHA
ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start • Epic experience
from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable 441613
