As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. /n As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Required Qualifications: /n /n - Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Rhode Island /n - 2 years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and/or groups /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - Experience evaluating adults and geriatric in an outpatient clinical setting /n - Experience with health psychology /n - Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) /n - Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions /n - Proven ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations /n /n /n The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
