Baystate Noble Hospital is a 65-bed acute care community hospital
located in Westfield, Massachusetts. As part of the Baystate Health
network, we provide access to world-class physicians, advanced
treatments, cutting-edge diagnostics, and the latest medical
technology. Our inpatient rehabilitation program supports patients
recovering from life-altering injuries or illnesses, offering 24/7
nursing care and continuous support. We treat a wide range of
conditions, including concussions, lymphedema, orthopedic and
sports injuries, lower back and neck pain, and neuromuscular
disorders. Our comprehensive therapy services include physical,
occupational, and speech therapy to help patients regain function
and independence. How you'll contribute The Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for assessing patients' speech,
language, communication, and swallowing abilities and developing
individualized treatment plans to address their needs. This role
involves implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients
and families on therapy goals and techniques, and accurately
documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance
with professional and regulatory standards. The SLP collaborates
closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure
coordinated, patient-centered care. Prior experience in an acute
care or rehabilitation setting is preferred. Why join us We believe

looking for Applicants should have Graduate of a master's level
program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by
Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA
certification requirements Current and unrestricted Speech Language
Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered Meet
the education and experience requirements for Certification of
Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology
granted by ASHA CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) Connect with our
