Job Description:

is looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse II to join our
compassionate team on Unit C4. This role is pivotal in providing
top-notch patient care and in supporting our commitment to
improving patient health through clinical excellence and
groundbreaking medical advancements. The chosen candidate will

that is deeply committed to the education and advancement of our
nursing staff. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
patients in the C4 Unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-care
plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and
monitor for effectiveness and side effects. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Educate
patients and family members on illness prevention and health
restoration. Advocate for the needs of patients and provide
emotional support. Participate in clinical research and contribute
to medical education initiatives. Strong clinical skills with the
ability to assess and manage patient conditions effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting
with patients, families, and medical staff. Proficiency in using
medical software and patient care management systems. Capability to
work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Skills in patient
and family education. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of New York. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
