Participate in research activities and apply findings to clinical practices. Manage complex patient situations and provide guidance on treatment options. Advanced clinical nursing skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to work collaboratively across various healthcare disciplines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in a specialty area preferred (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, etc.)
