This position requires a compassionate nurse skilled in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role demands a high level of clinical expertise in managing a diverse patient population with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. The successful candidate will be proactive, a strong communicator, and committed to fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes patient wellness and recovery. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a General Med/Surg environment, adhering to all hospital policies and procedures. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document all patient interactions accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate holistic patient care plans. Participate in continuous education to stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and technologies. Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families. Supervise nursing aides and assistants, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff. Strong clinical skills in a med/surg setting Proficiency in EMR systems and patient documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification required
