Job Description:

Care Unit. This position provides a dynamic opportunity for an
experienced nurse to advance their skills in a critical care

delivering exceptional care. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor patient health and progress while
responding effectively to emergent situations. Maintain detailed
and accurate patient records and administer medications
appropriately. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and
multidisciplinary team members to ensure collaboration and
continuity of care. Demonstrate a commitment to continued
professional development and mentorship within the nursing team.
Participate in research initiatives aligned with departmental goals
and improvements in patient care. Advanced skills in patient
assessment and critical care nursing procedures. Proficiency in
using medical software and electronic health records. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly and efficiently. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
