Job Description:
Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Clinical Nurse for our B3W unit, where we combine advanced medical
treatment with compassionate care. This role is pivotal in our
mission to deliver high-quality healthcare through innovative
practices in a leading academic medical center. Candidates will be
integral in influencing patient outcomes and advancing our
communitys health by utilizing both modern technology and holistic
approaches in nursing practices. Provide exceptional patient care
in accordance with our nursing philosophy and standards of
practice. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and
monitor responses. Support patient and family education concerning
illness management and treatment enhancement. Work collaboratively
with multidisciplinary health teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality
protocols. Engage in continuous education to keep current with the
latest in medical and nursing practices. Strong clinical skills in
a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability
to work effectively in high-pressure environments Expertise in
emergency response and patient monitoring Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred
