Med/Surg RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089! Job Opportunity –
Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical – New Hampshire
Start Date: March 3, 2026 Location: Windsor, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
8-hour shifts, every other weekend, holiday rotation as needed
Highlights: Specialized Rehab Med-Surg unit combining
medical-surgical nursing with intensive rehabilitation therapy
Nurse to patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 with average daily census of
22 patients Opportunity to serve as backup Charge Nurse and provide
leadership on the unit Electronic Medical Records system: Cerner
Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment with physical,
occupational, and speech therapy services 13-week assignment with
limited time-off availability (up to 5 days) Requirements: Active
New Hampshire RN license or Compact license Minimum 2 years recent
Medical-Surgical Rehab experience required Previous travel nursing
experience (at least 3 months) required Charge RN experience
required Willingness to float to other units within scope of
practice Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS
certifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly
preferred Reliable personal vehicle required (small community with
limited public transportation) Must reside more than 50 miles from
