Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day shift); every other weekend
required; may be asked to float Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay

Roles & Responsibilities Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac
rhythms to keep patients safe and stable Provide high-quality acute
and med-surg nursing care for a 29-bed unit Administer medications
and manage IV and PCA pumps with precision Document care using
Meditech Expanse to maintain accurate patient records Collaborate
with the healthcare team during bedside care conferences and safety
rounding Prioritize patient-centered care while managing a typical
6:1 patient ratio Support unit efficiency by assisting with
orientation and mentoring when needed Qualifications Active RN
license in good standing (state requirements must be met prior to
start) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1
year of acute care or telemetry experience BLS and ACLS
certification (required) Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and
comfort working on telemetry Experience with IV and PCA pumps and
med-surg patient populations Ability to float as needed and work
every other weekend Education Graduate of an accredited nursing
program (ASN or BSN); BSN preferred Knowledge & Skills Telemetry
monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation Acute care and
med-surg nursing practices Proficiency with Meditech Expanse
documentation Medication administration and pump management (IV and
PCA) Effective communication and team collaboration Clinical
