Step into an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in
beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY, where flexibility, support, and
top-tier compensation come together. We’re seeking a
Board-Certified (or eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join a
collaborative team that values work-life balance, teaching
opportunities, and long-term growth — all in one of New York’s most
scenic and thriving communities. What You’ll Do: - Deliver
comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages -
Maintain a 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of patient-facing time -
See 18–24 patients per day with strong support from APPs and staff
- Participate in a low-frequency, phone-only call rotation with RN
triage - Offer occasional telemedicine coverage (a few hours on
select weekends) - Collaborate with a physician-led care team in a
system that values your input - Optional teaching of NP/PA and med
students, and pathways into hospital or leadership roles
Compensation & Perks: - Base salary: $250,000–$260,000 - Sign-on
bonus: Up to $75,000 paid in full with your first paycheck -
$25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2 - Productivity
incentives available from Day 1 - Choose your pace: 4-day or 5-day

to Qualify: - Board Certified in Family Medicine (or truly Board
Eligible within 5 years) - Active NY medical license (or willing to
obtain) - Clean malpractice and license history (required) - DEA
ACLS certifications - Strong interest in caring for patients across
all ages - Willingness to work full-time with a 4- or 5-day
schedule - Must live outside a 30-mile radius of Saratoga Springs
