Services Join a supportive, therapist-led rehab team in a skilled
nursing facility where COTAs are truly valued, well-supported, and
empowered to help residents regain independence and enjoy
meaningful daily activities. Your Role Implement individualized
occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a
licensed Occupational Therapist Provide hands-on treatment to
improve ADL function, fine motor skills, upper extremity
strength/coordination, cognition, and functional independence Train
residents and families in adaptive equipment, compensatory
strategies, and energy conservation techniques Motivate and
encourage residents during therapy sessions Document patient
progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory
standards Collaborate closely with the OT, nursing, and

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA license (or pending)
