Compensation: This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service
position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as
preferred, with a minimum of 25 clinical hours weekly. What We

Responsibilities: Provide clinical guidance and oversight to
clients participating in neurofeedback therapy, ensuring
therapeutic goals are clearly defined and progress is continuously
monitored Support each client’s therapeutic development through
individualized, ongoing assessment and data-informed treatment
planning Foster consistent, therapeutic relationships that promote
trust, engagement, and meaningful clinical outcomes Participate in
collaborative weekly Clinical Rounds, contributing clinical
insights and refining treatment strategies in a multidisciplinary
setting Conduct comprehensive, periodic evaluations to assess
neurofeedback effectiveness and inform adjustments to treatment
protocols Manage a targeted therapy caseload aligned with your
clinical expertise and professional interests, allowing for depth
of care and impactful therapeutic work Qualifications: Candidates
must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy specific
to Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA Successful applicants should
have undergone training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies
or be willing to pursue such training Ethical standards within the
psychotherapy field are a mandatory requirement for all candidates
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are
essential for success in this role Proficiency in using an
Electronic Health Record and ensuring timely documentation is
highly preferred A strong commitment to collaborative teamwork is
crucial for excelling in this position The ideal candidate will be
dedicated to continuously developing and enhancing their clinical
practice Adaptability to changing clinical demands is crucial for
