Job Description:
Join our dedicated team at Porter Medical Center, part of the

Occupational Therapist. Our facility offers a supportive and

treat patients with physical, mental, or cognitive disorders. You
will develop comprehensive treatment plans using patient-centered
therapies designed to help individuals achieve maximum independence
in daily living skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare
services. Evaluate patients' conditions and develop appropriate
therapy treatments and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions
to improve patients' functionality and independence. Document
patient evaluations, treatments, and responses in compliance with
medical and facility standards. Provide guidance and education to
patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home
exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan
and coordinate effective patient care. Participate in professional
development opportunities and stay current with the latest
occupational therapy practices and technologies. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using occupational therapy
tools and technologies. Ability to work independently and as part
of a multidisciplinary team. Valid state license in Occupational
Therapy. NBCOT Certification preferred.
