Locum Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in New Hampshire We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position located near Franconia, NH. This facility is looking for coverage during November and December. Position Details: Specialties: Emergency Medicine Start Date: 11/26/2023 End Date: 12/31/2023 of Providers Needed: 1 Provider Type: Physician Shift Type: 24-Hour Shift Description: 24-hour ED shifts from 8a to 8a Certification Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine - Required Active State License - Highly Preferred BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Certifications - Require mission is to improve the well-being of the rural communities they serve by promoting health and ensuring access to quality care. The hospital offers a broad range of services, including board-certified physicians, advanced practice clinicians, medical specialties, advanced medical imaging, electronic health records, and a commitment to quality care. Shift Details: Schedule: Nov 26 & 30, Dec 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31 24-hour ED shifts from 8a to 8a Percent of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 5% Percent of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: <5% Percent of ED Patients Transferred per Day: <1% Total Number of Beds: 16 Annual ER Volume: 3600 Additional Information: Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Does ED Staff Respond to House Codes? Yes Who Writes Admission Orders? Hospitalist Do Hospital Bylaws Require a Specific Response Time for On-Call Physicians (List Time)? 24-hour shifts in-house, no call for ED Is ED Responsible for Monitoring/Supervising Paramedics/Ambulance by Radio?
