Job Description Job Description Overview Our new outpatient practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working with patients of all ages. You’ll work closely under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Key Responsibilities • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist, following all state practice regulations. • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques within scope, neuromuscular re?education, and functional training. • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes, concerns, or clinical observations to the supervising PT. • Document all treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory standards. • Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. • Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure safety and cleanliness. • Collaborate with PTs, front office staff, and other team members to support exceptional patient experience. Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. • Current Massachusetts PTA license in good standing. • Current CPR/BLS certification. • Ability to work independently within the PTA scope while maintaining strong collaboration with supervising PTs. • New graduates welcome to apply Schedule & Compensation • Full?time or part?time options available • Competitive salary based on experience
