Job Description:
Job Description Charlton Family Medicine is hiring a full-time
Patient Support Specialist to join their team! /n This is a 40 hour
work week. Monday through Thursday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm and Friday
8:30 am - 4:00 pm. /n The ideal candidate will have superior
customer service skills, preferably in the medical field. This
position is formerly known as a Medical Secretary. /n
Responsibilities: /n /n - Greeting and checking in patients when
they arrive to the office. /n - Process incoming telephone
calls/messages based on office policy and procedure. /n - Schedule
appointments for patients, following office protocols for access to
care. /n - Schedule all follow up appointments as directed by the
providers or as indicated on encounter forms. /n - Obtain patient
signature on the appropriate waiver(s) according to insurance
requirements /n - Organize and monitor the provider's daily
schedule. /n - Maintain timely patient flow. /n - Verify patient
insurance coverage/demographic information at each visit and update

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour /n CCP salary ranges are designed to be
competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each
candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.
