Ivy Rehab, a prominent leader in outpatient physical therapy nationwide, is seeking a dedicated Clinic Director Physical Therapist to oversee the operations and clinical outcomes of one of our dynamic facilities. Beyond your expertise in physical therapy, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of compassionate care that is palpably felt by both patients and staff. The successful candidate will not only lead clinical practices adhering to evidence-based guidelines but will also ensure operational excellence, drive staff development, and play a pivotal role in community outreach initiatives. Manage the day-to-day clinic operations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor clinic staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to best practices in physical therapy. Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures that improve patient outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and obtaining certifications as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including patients, community members, and healthcare providers to enhance patient referral and retention rates. Ensure the physical environment of the clinic is maintained and suited for optimal patient care and staff productivity. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of clinical practice guidelines for physical therapy Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability to analyze financial and performance data to guide management decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state Board Certified in Physical Therapy
