The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct nursing care by applying specialized clinical nursing skills in the care of patients undergoing vascular surgery. The role also entails ensuring patient safety, consultation with interdisciplinary teams, participating in research, and staying updated with ongoing advancements in vascular care. Provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care in a vascular surgery setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team. Monitor patient status and prompt critical care intervention as needed. Educate patients and families on condition, procedures, and post-operative care. Maintain precise documentation of patient care and interventions. Participate in research and continuous education related to vascular diseases and their management. Expertise in vascular patient care and surgical assistance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification by the American Heart Association Certification in Vascular Nursing (CVN) preferred
