Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Cambridge, MA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,225 to $3,395 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/14/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02163! We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for managing laboring patients, supporting deliveries, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and newborn. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries Administer medications and manage pain control, including epidurals Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care Ensure smooth patient transitions and discharge planning Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems (EPIC preferred) Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Leadership: Charge nurse experience highly preferred Support team collaboration and assist with unit workflow as needed 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Connect with healthcare professionals nationwide, expanding your professional network.
