gym/wellness center! Clinical Coordinator - Full Time. Monday -
Friday Days. On site - Calverton, NY. Provide support and
coordination for the clinical department. Promotes a
patient-focused caring environment while addressing the needs of
patients and assisting the clinical team. Fosters an environment of
collaboration and respect with providers, nurses, clinical staff,
and other Wellbridge members. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Collaborate
with team members to support and coordinate resources for patients.
Oversee the patient business center and coordinate utilization for
patients. Oversight of clinical programming schedules with
direction from clinical leadership. Responsible for tracking and
completion of PAS forms. Assist clinical department in auditing
patient charts. Coordinate weekly12 Step Program list. Responsible
for maintaining adequate supply of new patient welcome packets.
Assist with new patient orientation. Performs related duties, as
required. OTHER DUTIES: This job description is intended to provide

with or without notice. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: For patient care
needs, this is an on-site role. Clearly communicate and exchange
information verbally and electronically. Consistent computer and
phone, general office equipment use. Generally sedentary,
traversing office and facility areas. QUALIFICATIONS: High school
diploma or its educational equivalent and two years (2) of
full-time satisfactory experience in providing non-professional
nursing or behavioral health support services in a hospital,
healthcare or medical facility. Advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated communication, critical thinking, and
interpersonal/customer service skills. Proficiency with data
management and electronic records Strong problem solving,
conceptual, and analytical skills A positive attitude towards and
sensitivity to the needs of individuals with addiction and
co-occurring mental health disorders
