Northwell Health’s Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team at Phelps Hospital : OMH-licensed outpatient clinic plus continuing day treatment program Treatment includes assessment, evaluation, psychiatric services, group and individual psychotherapy, couples and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services. Bi-lingual English-Spanish mental health treatment services Multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers Monday-Friday schedule, 9am-5pm with equally shared call Additional Phelps Department of Behavioral Health services include: 22-bed inpatient psychiatric unit OASAS-licensed 20-bed inpatient chemical dependence rehabilitation unit OASAS-licensed outpatient chemical dependence unit which provides Day Rehabilitation Hospital Care Management program for ongoing patient support Phelps Memorial is a 238-bed community hospital situated on a scenic 70-acre campus along the Hudson River in Sleepy Hollow, NY, just 40 minutes to NYC.
