Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 05/11/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care/Float Resource Pool | Day Shift | Lebanon, New Hampshire Location: Lebanon, NH (Hanover Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center) Shift: Days | 40 Hours/Week Start: May 11th Starts Only Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for long-term residents at Hanover Terrace. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in long-term care and be comfortable working across Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia units. Key Responsibilities: - Medication administration and resident care management - Utilize EMR system (PointClickCare – PCC) - Perform resident assessments and develop care plans - Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition - Apply memory care techniques and dementia care protocols - Support PT, OT, SUD, and pain management programs - Assist with IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care (preferred) - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Requirements: - Active RN License (NH or Compact – VT eligible) - Active BLS Certification - Experience in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing / Dementia care - Knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) - Strong communication, case management, and organizational skills Preferred Skills: - IV therapy and medication administration - Tube feeding and wound care experience Requirements:/n/nActive RN License (NH or Compact – VT eligible)/n/nActive BLS Certification/n/nExperience in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing / Dementia care/n/nKnowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set)/n/nStrong communication, case management, and organizational skills About 3B Healthcare Inc.
