Job Description Job Description SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER Seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead overall operations and deliver strong financial success and guest satisfaction results. This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands on hospitality leader who thrives in an administratively focused, report-driven environment and has a proven history of improving guest experience scores. SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER BENEFITS Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Brand travel discounts Career advancement opportunities within a growing hotel management company SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food & beverage, and human resources Achieve or exceed budgeted goals for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, CPOR, and overall profitability Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving guest concerns and improving brand guest service scores Manage administrative and reporting responsibilities including forecasts, P&L review, inventories, audits, and end-of-month reporting Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, team-focused culture SELECT SERVICE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICIATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hotel management experience Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leader in a select-service environment Marriott branded experience highly preferred Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with budgets, P&Ls, and forecasting High level of computer proficiency, including hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Word and Excel Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction scores and leading service-driven teams Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
