for Sr. Tester position with our client. Role: Sr. Tester Location:

Client: NY State In-Person interview Description Support and
maintain Medical Disability Determinations and Tracking System to
accommodate State takeover of Medicaid disability determinations.
Duties Work with program staff to analyze and document business and
reporting requirements, business / workflow processes, data flows,
and system interfaces. Work with developers, data analysts, tester
and contractors on gap analysis and logical design. Work with
business, developers, data analysts, and testers to ensure
completeness of test plans and test scenarios. Develop all or
portions of the following project artifacts as needed using MS
Office and Visio: Business Requirements Priority Matrix, Business
Requirements Document, Gap Analysis Document, Functional /
Technical Specifications, Use Cases, Screen and Interface Design
Document, others as identified. Compile reports and activity status
as requested by the project manager. Work well in a matrixed team
structure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translating
business/program subject matter information into project artifacts.
Assist Tester and perform QA testing tasks as needed. Prepare and
execute a knowledge transfer. Follow enterprise, cluster level,
department level, and division Mandatory Requirements Experience
(12 Years) Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the
software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user
requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical
documentation and project process documentation for application
teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and
is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. Requirements This
is an 100% Onsite 84 months of experience in working with Project
manager, Business analyst and other project team members to create
robust test plans/test cases for web applications. 84 months of
working experience in creating, managing and executing functional
and regression test scripts; developing generic reuseable functions
and scripts. 84 months of working experience in performing
application testing based on written test scripts, documenting,
tracking and communicating defects utilizing HP ALM. 84 months of
working experience in performance testing tools, developing and
executing performance test scripts. 84 months of working experience
in using Functional, Non-Functional and other various Testing types
to to evaluate software applications per Business requirements:
such as Performance, Usability, Compatibility, System, Regression,
End to End integration, automated, performance, smoke, black box,
white box and failover tests. 84 months of working experience in
automation testing, developing and executing automation test
scripts. Experience descriptions must demonstrate the use of
specific automation tools and process/methods used to create
automated tests from manual functional tests. 60 months of
programming experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, HTML Bachelor's Degree
