Job Description:
Peckham Inc., a leading nonprofit organization committed to

securing sustainable employment, is actively seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Engineer. This role revolves around developing,
implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient IT
infrastructure within our diverse business environments including
manufacturing facilities and call centers. The ideal candidate will
ensure that all technological systems support both everyday
operations and strategic business goals in the construction
industry. Design, set up, and configure robust IT infrastructure
tailored for construction operations, ensuring seamless integration
with existing systems. Monitor network performance and security,
promptly identifying and resolving any vulnerabilities or
inefficiencies. Collaborate with external vendors and internal
stakeholders to deploy new technologies and systems. Maintain
disaster recovery strategies and perform regular data backups to
ensure data integrity and availability. Provide technical support
and training to staff, enhancing their understanding and efficient
use of IT systems. Stay updated with the latest trends in IT
infrastructure technologies and cybersecurity measures relevant to
the construction industry. Proficiency in network architecture and
engineering Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and
IT compliance standards Experience with common operating systems
like Windows Server and Linux Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
