Job Description Job Description Who We Are: At Emburse, you’ll

hands-on, strategic leadership role responsible for owning and

Operations, Product, and IT to translate business transformation
initiatives into scalable system solutions. Balance speed,
flexibility, and compliance while enabling revenue growth.
Establish and enforce governance for system changes, integrations,
and tooling requests. Evaluate and prioritize new integration
requests, holding the line against unnecessary complexity and
technical debt. Ensure systems align with security, compliance, and
data privacy requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Build, mentor, and
lead a high-performing Business Systems team (administrators,
developers, analysts). Collaborate closely with developers, product
owners, operations, and digital transformation teams. Serve as a
trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives across the
organization. What You Bring 10 years of experience in business
systems, enterprise applications, or process transformation roles.
Hands-on Salesforce experience at an administrator, architect, or
equivalent level (Salesforce certifications strongly preferred).
Proven experience owning Salesforce as a hub-and-spoke architecture
supporting multiple integrated GTM systems. Deep understanding of
Lead-to-Cash business processes. Experience working with Salesforce
CPQ and complex system integrations. Strong communication and
stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and
set clear boundaries. Demonstrated player/coach leadership style.
Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Salesforce with
financial systems (NetSuite strongly preferred). Marketing systems
