Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for operational, financial, and overall program
performance and oversight for the CMS loan servicing Claims and
Loss Analysis functions. Identify areas for improvement within the
assigned function and also be responsible for overseeing large
scale projects within the CMS business unit. Perform all duties in
accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state
and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs the overall operation of the claims and loss analysis
departments and function.
Formulate business plans and cost effective solutions with
support and approval of the Executive Vice President. Lead the
development and execution of mortgage servicing strategic and
tactical objectives for the assigned business functions, including
ensuring projects meet strategic needs.
Develops and establishes relationships with other internal
departments, as well as external vendors, to maximize efficiency
and effectiveness across the CMS platform.
Develops and recommends compensation plans and metrics for all
departments within Claims/ Loss Analysis, including monthly
incentives, contests, and budgetary considerations.
Set the direction of the Claims and Loss Analysis Team and
achieve strategic business goals set by executive management.
Lead the team to comply with applicable laws and regulations
across all areas of the servicing operation.
Develop and implement productivity metrics and division policies
Ensure processes and procedures effectively meet servicing
requirements while adhering to internal policies and regulatory
Manage ongoing training guidelines, and identify and implement
quality and productivity improvements within the division.
Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related major, or equivalent
work experience required
Minimum ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of related mortgage loan
servicing claims and loss analysis experience, including having
served in an executive management role.
Proven record of financial business management, including
management and oversight of 200+
Prior experience working for a top mortgage servicing
