is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Development Associate to
join our Boston-based Real Estate Development team. This
entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to support Project
Managers on various real estate development projects, gaining
hands-on experience in every phase of project execution.At POAH, we

Development Associate will contribute to projects impacting
communities and is ideal for someone eager to learn and make a
difference.Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with gathering and tracking materials
for financing applications and proposals, ensuring deadlines are
met.
- Manage due diligence documents for construction and loan
conversions, including organizational records, insurance
certificates, etc.
- Support financial and quantitative analysis, primarily in
Excel, and learn real estate finance basics.
- Maintain and update the company database for internal
reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, solicit responses, and assist in
contract creation.
- Prepare presentation materials for stakeholder meetings.
- Schedule meetings, track expenses, and manage
reimbursements.
- Perform additional project-related tasks as
needed.QualificationsExperience & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, mathematics, urban
planning, or related field.
- Real estate development experience is preferred but not
required; training provided.Skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
