Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Coordinator to support the
Talent Management and Learning & Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate high-volume, global interview scheduling in
collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
Manage onboarding logistics, including background checks,
orientation scheduling, and new hire communications
Maintain accurate candidate records and application status updates
within the ATS
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
1-3 years' experience in Recruiting, HR, Talent, or Administrative
coordination
Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS) is a plus
