Job DescriptionAssistant Vice President, Wealth Segment R&DRole Overview:The Assistant Vice President for Wealth Segment R&D will lead the end-to-end development and execution of solutions serving the wealth management industry. This role will work closely with the internal and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for research and development of wealth platforms, including data flows partnerships.
• Manage the design and delivery of proof-of-concept initiatives, participate in their development, and oversee their implementation into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to address gaps and enhance interoperability across platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platforms and systems used by wealth advisory firms and advisors.Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in private markets, wealth management, or investment technology. Experience gained in serving the technology needs of Private Banks, Family Offices, and other wealth subsegments.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions for complex financial services projects.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management platforms, private market integration, and regulatory considerations.
  • Hands-on experience in integrations: Proven ability to design and implement data flows, reporting tools, and platform interoperability for wealth market solutions.
  • Expertise in end-to-end system integration: Skilled in mapping data workflows, resolving system gaps, and ensuring seamless integration of private market capabilities into wealth platforms.What We Offer:
