Job Description:
For more than 50 years, Washington County Mental Health Services
(WCMHS) has served the Washington County community and the Orange
County towns of Orange, Washington, and Williamstown. WCMHS
provides education, support, and treatment of individuals and
families living with mental health challenges, substance use
issues, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. Providing
accessible, high-quality services in the community, schools, and

Together.Position: WCMHS is seeking a School Based Services
Clinician. The person selected for this position would be
responsible to provide consultation to assigned school and program
clients in the application of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS)
methods based upon the principles of Applied Behavior
Analysis.Qualifications:Education / Experience:Experience in the
field of Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with
children and youth who present serious emotional and behavioral
challenges and/or autism is required.Possession of a Masters degree
or enrollment and participation in a Masters degree program is
required.Experience working in school settings and 1 year
experience as a Behavioral Interventionist desirable.ORBoard
Certified Associate Behavior Analyst in good
standing.Requirements:Possession of a valid drivers license,
excellent driving record and access to a safe, reliable and insured
vehicle.Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and execute physical
restraints.Compensation and Benefits: This full-time (40 hours per
week) position offers an hourly rate of $28.97/hr. and excellent
benefits, including tuition reimbursement/student loan assistance;
generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life,
and disability insurances; and a 403(b)-retirement plan with
